The public corrections log
Errors get fixed in place under a dated note, and every fix lands here too — a site that claims audit discipline should keep its own mistakes where you can see them. Pricing errors additionally trigger an off-cycle audit of the affected file.
The log
- 2026-09-18 NexLife re-read on nexlife.us on September 17, 2026: the standard cards ($169 / $159 / $149 / $139 tirzepatide; $139 / $132 / $125 / $119 semaglutide) are unchanged from the August 14 audit, every plan is charged monthly as a subscription and the FAQ states any plan may be cancelled at any time (the August read had recorded 30 days' notice); the plan pages name three fulfilling pharmacies (Absolute Pharmacy, Premium Compounding, Boudreaux's New Drug Store) and the FAQ names Adam Kennah, M.D. as medical director, which moves the pharmacy-identity, state-coverage and prescriber files from open to stated-on-the-page. The microdose cards ($159→$129 tirzepatide; $129→$110 semaglutide) and the sublingual ODT cards are reclassified from audited to reported — announced on the FAQ and press release while the microdose program-page tiles print a prior card and the ODT pages returned 404 — so every "audited $110 floor" phrase on the site now reads as a dated, reported figure; the audited semaglutide floor is the $119 standard plan. Ticker, board bar, homepage tape, calculator, both CSVs, pricing.json and ledger data updated.
- 2026-09-18 Mochi Health resolved: the page read September 17, 2026 prints the medication at $199 (tirzepatide) and $99 (semaglutide) beside the $79 membership ($39 in month one), so the all-in cost is $278 / $178 a month; the "$90 / $60" on the page are struck-through first-month prices. The provider files, the NexLife-vs-Mochi, Mochi-vs-Henry and Mochi-vs-Orderly head-to-heads, the compounded-tirzepatide hub, the cost index, the calculator and the dataset now carry these figures; the earlier "unresolved medication line" wording is kept as dated history.
- 2026-09-18 Henry Meds: tirzepatide $349 month-to-month on the September 17 read; the semaglutide page prints no price. The $249 (August 17) and $297 / $197 (August 26) figures are kept as dated history and are not ranked. Hims & Hers, Ro and LifeMD: no compounded price printed on the September 17 read — brand medication at the manufacturer's self-pay price plus a $149-a-month membership; the earlier ~$165 committed Hims figure is dated history. Brand shelf: Zepbound vials / KwikPen $299 at 2.5 mg (LillyDirect) and Wegovy pens $349 at the standard doses (NovoCare) on the September 17 read; the $349 / $499 figures in older prose are dated reads.
- 2026-09-18 The board bar carried Fifty 410 twice (#2 and #3); #2 is now the lowest all-in figure on file, Collective at $86 (tirzepatide $69 beside a $199 membership billed for the year, read September 17, 2026), flagged for the annual membership. Ten dated price-question pages, a NexLife true-monthly-cost page and a dated news ledger were added; they are regenerated from the open dataset on every build and carry their own read dates.
- 2026-08-17 Mochi Health membership corrected site-wide to the current $79/month published rate; the $99 figure carried by many external reviews is stale. All pages, both CSVs, ticker and widget data updated.
- 2026-08-17 AltRx file annotated across every mention with the June 2026 FDA warning letter to its parent company; affiliate clone landing domains excluded from all outbound links.
- 2026-08-17 Regulatory timeline updated: the FDA's 503B bulks-list comment period, originally closing June 29, 2026, was extended and closed July 30, 2026 — pages citing the earlier date were corrected on publication day.
